DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Andre Morrison for leave to reargue his prior motion pursuant to CPL 460.30 for an extension of time to take an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, rendered November 21, 2006, for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel, which was determined by decision and order on motion dated June 11, 2007.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
