Motion by the respondent to enlarge the record on appeals from three judgments of the Supreme Court, Queens County, all rendered September 21, 2007, to include the transcripts of certain proceedings, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the judgment roll is enlarged to include the transcripts of the stenographic minutes of the following proceedings, if they are available: June 19, 2007, June 28, 2007, June 29, 2007, July 5, 2007, July 9, 2007, July 10, 2007, July 13, 2007, July 17, 2007, July 19, 2007, and August 8, 2007; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged; the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before 45 days after the respondent receives the last transcript.
