| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the defendant pursuant to CPL 530.45 to be released on his own recognizance, or, in the alternative, to fix bail after his conviction in the Supreme Court, Queens County, after a jury trial on December 1, 2010, of the crimes of burglary in the second degree (two counts), and criminal mischief in the fourth degree; the trial court remanded the defendant pending the imposition of sentence.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and upon hearing the attorneys for the respective parties, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
