Motion by the appellant pro se to relieve counsel assigned to prosecute an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 4, 2008, and for the assignment of new counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to the appellant notifying this court after his assigned counsel files a brief, that he wishes to file a supplemental brief (see 22 NYCRR 670.12[g], [h]).
