| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant IBC Sales Corporation on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered August 24, 2010, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 22, 2010, as conditioned a stay of the trial in the above-entitled action, upon the perfection of the appeal on or before November 22, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion dated October 22, 2010, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "November 22, 2010," and substituting therefor the date "January 18, 2011."
