Motion by the appellant, in effect, for leave to reargue its prior motion to stay the trial on the issue of damages in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 16, 2010, which was determined by decision and order on motion dated October 20, 2010.
