| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated September 21, 2010, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 20, 2010, as conditioned a stay of enforcement of the order, upon the perfection of the appeal on or before November 15, 2010. Cross motion by the respondent to vacate the stay.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, papers filed in opposition and in relation to the motion, and the papers filed in opposition to the cross motion, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion dated October 20, 2010, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "November 15, 2010," and substituting therefor the date "January 18, 2011"; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of the stay shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is denied.
