Motion by Joy E. Jorgensen, Esq., the attorney for the children, to be relieved on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated January 27, 2010, and for the appointment of a new attorney for the children.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to making a motion for this relief in the Family Court, Suffolk County, on or before January 18, 2011.
