Motion by the appellant pro se to for leave to file exhibits to his supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered April 28, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief in response to the appellant's supplemental brief is enlarged until January 18, 2011, and the respondent's brief in response to the appellant's supplemental brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
