| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered March 20, 2007, to enlarge the record to include the jury notes entered into evidence as Exhibits IV through X at trial, and for leave to file the jury notes as exhibits to his supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as unnecessary as the jury notes are part of the original papers filed with this Court.
