| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated December 2, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by the appellant, on appeals from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County, rendered September 23, 2010, and an amended sentence of the same court imposed November 30, 2010, is amended to reflect that poor person relief and the assignment of counsel is also granted with respect to the appeal from the amended sentence imposed November 30, 2010; and it is further,
ORDERED that assigned counsel is directed to serve a copy of this order upon the Clerk of the Court from which the appeal is taken.
