Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue his prior motion for leave to prosecute an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 17, 2010, as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel, which was determined by decision and order on motion dated September 13, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, without prejudice to making a motion for leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated May 17, 2010 (see CPL 450.15).
