Application by the Putnam County Legal Aid Society to be relieved of representing appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Town of Carmel, Putnam County, rendered June 21, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and John P. Savoca, Esq., located at P.O. Box 531, Yorktown Heights, New York, 10598 is assigned pursuant to article 18-B of the County Law; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Putnam County Legal Aid Society shall provide new counsel with all papers.
