Motion by appellant on an appeal from an order of the Justice Court of the Village of Harriman, Orange County, entered June 21, 2010, to compel the Justice Court to file the record on appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal is granted and the appeal shall be perfected by March 4, 2011.
