| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent-appellant, inter alia, for leave to file a supplemental record on an appeal and cross appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered August 18, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to file a supplemental record is granted to the extent that on or before January 14, 2011, the respondent-appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record at her own expense containing the documents on pages A4 through A45 of the supplemental record attached as Exhibit D to her motion papers, and that branch of the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
