| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated October 4, 2010, to restrain the receiver from giving the keys to the subject temple to any third party other than his employees, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 28, 2010, is amended by deleting from the fourth decretal paragraph thereof the word "appellants" and substituting therefor the word "respondents," and by deleting from the fourth decretal paragraph thereof the words "respondents' counsel" and substituting therefor the words "appellants' counsel."
