Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated August 10, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2009-09120), September 19, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2009-11760), and September 29, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2009-11761), respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until February 8, 2011, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
