Motion by the appellant to correct the notice of appeal and for leave to file an amended notice of appeal on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the notice of appeal from the order dated June 2010, is deemed to be a notice of appeal from a judgment of the same court entered August 23, 2010 (see CPLR 5512[a]), and the motion is otherwise denied.
