On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated December 7, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated October 6, 2010, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph the name "Shawn Bailey-Felton", and substituting therefor the name "Maurice Felton," and by amending the caption as set forth above.
