Motion to Dismiss Appeal

Motion by the respondents to dismiss an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered August 9, 2010, on the ground that the judgment is "a non-final, unripe, and interlocutory remedy that lacks appellate justiciability."
