ORDERED that the order on application dated December 15, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which granted an application by the appellant Conveyor Store, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated February 2, 2010, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph the words "the appellants", and substituting therefor the words "the appellant Conveyor Store", and by deleting from the third paragraph the words "the reply brief" and substituting therefor the words "Conveyor Store's reply brief".
