| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant for leave to renew appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered November 15, 2004, and a judgment of the same court entered November 17, 2004, which were dismissed by decision and order of this court dated February 6, 2007, and, in effect, to waive the motion filing fee.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, to waive the motion filing fee is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to renew is denied.
