An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Onondaga County, entered in the office of the Clerk of said Court on August 4, 2009, and an application having been made by M. Jerald Harrell, Esq., for substitution of counsel as attorney for the children,
Now, upon reading and filing the statement of M. Jerald Harrell, Esq., dated December 23, 2010,
It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that Kelly M. Corbett, Esq., P.O. Box 406, Fayetteville, New York 13066, is hereby assigned as attorney for the children, and
It is further ORDERED that the attorney for the children submit ten copies of her brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before February 10, 2011, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing, and
It is further ORDERED that the appeal is removed from the day calendar for January 28, 2010, and the appeal shall be placed on the calendar for the term of Court commencing February 28, 2011.
