DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by the attorney for the children from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated August 23, 2010. By order on certification of this Court dated November 19, 2010, the following attorney was assigned as counsel for the respondent-respondent on the appeal, and was directed, inter alia, to contact the respondent-respondent and determine the respondent-respondent's interest in responding to the appeal:
