Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated July 23, 2010, and August 31, 2010, respectively, to stay stated portions of the order dated August 31, 2010, and to stay eviction proceedings against the appellant pending in the Justice Court of the Village of Tarrytown, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
