DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated March 17, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by the appellant pursuant to CPL 460.30 for an extension of time to take an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered September 25, 2009, under Indictment No. 261/09, for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel, is amended to reflect that an extension of time to take appeals, poor person relief, and the assignment of counsel is also being granted with respect to two judgments of the same court also rendered September 25, 2009, under Indictment Nos. 259/09 and 1120/09 (Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2010-12011, 2010-12012).
