DECISION AND ORDER
ON MOTION


Application for poor person relief and consolidation of appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED, that the application to consolidate the appeals is granted to the extent that the appeals shall be heard together and may be perfected upon a joint record on appeal and brief, and it is further


ORDERED, upon reconsideration, that the application for permission to proceed as a poor person is granted. The appeals may be perfected in accordance with section 800.13 of the Rules of Practice (22 NYCRR 800.13). Cynthia Feathers, Esq., PO Box 4818, 48 Union Ave., Suite 2, Saratoga Springs, New York 12866, assigned to represent appellant upon these appeals pursuant to Family Court Act §1120. The Clerk of the Family Court of Albany County is directed to furnish to appellant's counsel one copy of the transcripts of the stenographic minutes of all proceedings in the matters, except those portions which appellant's counsel or the Family Court determines are unnecessary for perfection of the appeal, and to forward the other copy to the Clerk of this Court pursuant to section 800.4(c) of the Rules of Practice. Appellants time to perfect appeals is extended to 60 days after receipt of the minutes.
