DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the third-party defendant respondent-appellant Unlimited Export, Inc., to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated January 11, 2010.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and Unlimited Export, Inc., shall serve and file its answering brief, including its points of argument on its cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), on or before February 28, 2011; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that Excel Electric Corp., shall serve and file its answering brief, including its points of argument on its cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), if any, on or before April 4, 2011, and it is further,

ORDERED that Beach 20th Realty, LLC, shall serve and file its respondent's brief, if any, on or before May 9, 2011; and it is further,

ORDERED that Nalene Ramcharan and Narish Ramcharan shall serve and file their reply brief, if any, on or before May 24, 2011; and it is further,

ORDERED that Unlimited Export Inc., shall serve and file its reply brief, if any, on or before June 8, 2011; and it is further,

ORDERED that Excel Electric Corp., shall serve and file its reply brief, if any, on or before June 23, 2011.
