Application by the appellants pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 11, 2009 and, on behalf of the respondent, to enlarge the time to serve and file the respondent's brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and upon the stipulation of the parties, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants' time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until December 30, 2010, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until March 1, 2011, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
