Motion by appellant on an appeal from a warrant issued by the Justice Court of the Town of Greenburgh, Westchester County, on June 10, 2010, to continue a stay granted by order of this court dated August 19, 2010, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the appeal is dismissed on the ground that no appeal lies from a warrant (UJCA 1702; Corrado v Harris, 13 Misc 3d 4 [App Term 9th & 10th Jud Dists 2006]); and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant's motion is denied as academic.
