Separate applications by the respondent New York Methodist Hospital and the respondent Gerard K. Hanley pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file their respective briefs on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered December 14, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted and the time of the respondents New York Methodist Hospital and Gerard K. Hanley to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until February 18, 2011, and the respective briefs of the respondents New York Methodist Hospital and Gerard K. Hanley must be served and filed on or before that date.
