| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated March 2, 2010 (two orders), and March 4, 2010, respectively, and to direct the father to return the child Quam Divine P. to the care of the Administration for Children's Services to reside with the maternal grandmother.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is granted, and the parties shall file 11 copies of their respective briefs; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to direct the father to return the child Quam Divine P. to the care of the Administration for Children's Services to reside with the maternal grandmother is denied.
