DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Louis J. Gruber, et al., respondents,

v Ayreen Anastas, et al, appellants.

Motion by the defendants, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order to show cause of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 6, 2010, and, in effect, to stay all proceedings to evict them from the subject premises, pending determination of the December 6, 2010, order to show cause.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal from the order to show cause dated December 6, 2010, is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that all proceedings to evict the appellants from the subject premises are stayed pending further order of this Court or the determination by the Supreme Court of the December 6, 2010, order to show cause; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
