| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants to stay enforcement of stated portions of an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated December 7, 2010, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that enforcement of so much of the order dated December 7, 2010, as granted a preliminary injunction is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal provided that Harmony Services, Inc., shall make no disbursements of funds except in the ordinary course of business, and the motion is otherwise denied.
