| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 2, 2009, and to permit oral argument of the appeal even though argument is not permitted pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.20(c).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief is granted and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before January 18, 2011; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
