DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated May 14, 2010, in effect, for leave to renew and reargue a motion, in effect, to stay their eviction from the subject premises, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated October 21, 2010, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is dismissed for failure to provide proof of service of the order to show cause.
