On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated December 28, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which determined a motion by the respondents, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated December 6, 2010, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "and the papers filed in relation thereto" and substituting therefor the words "and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto."
