DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion to discharge counsel, for extension of time to retain counsel, for extension of time to file and serve
supplemental pro se brief and for further relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in
opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to discharge counsel and for further relief is denied, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to retain counsel and for an extension of time to file and serve a supplemental pro
se brief is granted, only to the extent that appellant shall either retain new counsel on or before February 17, 2011 or shall file and serve a
supplemental pro se brief on or before February 17, 2011. It is noted that no further extensions of time to retain new counsel or to file and serve
a supplemental pro se brief shall be granted and in the event appellant fails to retain new counsel on or before February 17, 2011, the appeal shall
be calendared and heard on the record on appeal and brief filed by appellant's prior assigned counsel.
