| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated October 14, 2010, to vacate a stay of enforcement of the order pending hearing and determination of the appeal, which was granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 24, 2010. Cross motion by the appellant to impose a sanction upon the respondent's attorney and for an award of costs.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and cross motion are denied.
