Separate applications by the appellants Leonard Brandes, Brandes Architecture & Design, Brandes Consulting Management, LLC, Geysir Contracting Corporation, and Geysir Hardwood Floors, for leave to withdraw their respective appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered July 21, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted and the appeals by the appellants Leonard Brandes, Brandes Architecture & Design, Brandes Consulting Management, LLC, Geysir Contracting Corporation, and Geysir Hardwood Floors, are deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements.
