Separate motions by the plaintiffs-respondents and the defendant-respondent to dismiss appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered October 20, 2009, and October 27, 2009, respectively, for failure to timely perfect.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation to thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are granted and the appeals are dismissed for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[e]) and prior order of this Court.
