| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, rendered June 13, 2007, inter alia, to settle the transcript of the proceedings on October 24, 2005, and October 31, 2005, for a hearing to determine the accuracy of the transcript for those dates, to call certain witnesses for that hearing and to recuse Justice Leonard P. Rienzi from presiding at that hearing.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
