DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to file exhibits to his supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered February 19, 2008.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to file Exhibits 1 and 2 is denied as unnecessary as that material is part of the original papers contained in the court file that has been furnished to this Court; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
