Application by the respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered May 20, 2009. Separate application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted and the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until February 10, 2011, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before March 3, 2011.
