Motion by the appellants, inter alia, to stay the transfer of the subject premises to the respondents, pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated September 13, 2010, and October 25, 2010, respectively, and to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a stay is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is granted, and the parties shall file ten copies of the record or appendix on appeal and their respective briefs.
