| ORDER ON APPLICATION |
ORDERED that its order on application dated January 4, 2011, in the above-entitled matter, which granted an application by the respondents pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated April 16, 2010, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Application by the appellants" and substituting therefor the words "Application by the respondents", and by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the words "the appellants' time" and "the appellants' brief" and substituting therefor the words "the respondents' time" and "the respondents' brief".
