Application by the respondents-cross-petitioners pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect a cross proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered July 19, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the respondents-cross-petitioners' time to perfect the cross proceeding is enlarged until January 31, 2011, and the record or appendix on the cross proceeding and the respondents-cross-petitioners' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
