Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated December 23, 2010, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom, or, in the alternative, to expedite the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a stay is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to expedite the appeal is denied as unnecessary (see Family Ct Act § 1112[a]).
