| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent for reargument and/or modification of this Court's opinion and order dated June 22, 2010. The respondent was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on May 19, 1993, under the name Mojgan Bottehsazan. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 8, 2008, the Grievance Committee for the Tenth Judicial District was authorized to institute and prosecute a disciplinary proceeding against the respondent and the issues raised were referred to Peter T. Affatato, Esq., as Special Referee to hear and report. By opinion and order dated June 22, 2010, this Court publicly censured the respondent based on three charges of professional misconduct.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
