DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondents Colonial Elementary School, Pelham Board of Education, and Pelham Union Free School District to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered July 27, 2010, on the ground that the order "did not dispose of any matter with finality for purposes of appellate review."

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied (see Keller v Eberhard Co., 110 AD2d 686).
